Maintenance Technician – Full-Time (Costa del Sol Condominium, Cape Canaveral, FL)

Compensation: Based on experience
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Description:
Costa del Sol Condominium Association is hiring a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our grounds, buildings, and amenities in excellent condition. This is a hands-on role with a variety of daily tasks, both indoors and outdoors.

Duties include:

Complete work orders assigned by Maintenance Supervisor
Perform light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs
Inspect and maintain common areas and outdoor spaces
Pressure washing, painting, and surface maintenance
Check lighting and AC systems, pool maintenance, and maintain recreational facilities
Move and lift heavy items when needed
Use tools and equipment safely and properly

Work Environment:

Indoor and outdoor tasks
Exposure to Florida weather (heat, rain, etc.)
Some work in tight spaces or on ladders

Requirements:

1+ year of general maintenance, repair, or handy work experience
Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
High school diploma or GED preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid Florida driver’s license may be required
Basic computer skills a plus
